Not everyone needs the same level of support. Start where you are.
If you are curious about psychedelics but feel unsure, overwhelmed, or cautious about where to begin, start here. This free guide is for people who want to slow down and think clearly before making decisions that matter. It will help you look at sourcing, safety, legality, red flags, support, and personal readiness without the hype or vague internet advice.
This is not about rushing you toward an experience. It is about helping you pause, ask better questions, and protect your mind, body, nervous system, and future self. If part of you feels called to this work but another part says, “I need to be careful,” listen to that. That careful part is wise.
If you feel stuck between curiosity and action, this session is designed to help you sort through the noise. Maybe you are wondering if psychedelic work is right for you. Maybe you are trying to understand microdosing, preparation, integration, provider options, safety concerns, or what kind of support you actually need. Maybe you have read a lot, watched the documentaries, listened to podcasts, and still feel like your brain has 37 tabs open.
In this 90-minute session, we slow everything down and get clear. We look at where you are, what you are hoping will change, what risks need to be taken seriously, and what your next responsible step could be. You will leave with more clarity, not more confusion.
If you want more than a guide but are not ready for private coaching, the Thrive Integration Beta may be the right next step. This is being built for people who want a structured path for preparation, integration, and real-life change without getting lost in overwhelm, perfectionism, or spiritual word salad.
You will learn how to clarify your intention, prepare more responsibly, track what is happening, work with emotions that come up, and turn insight into small actions you can actually live. The goal is not to chase a powerful experience. The goal is to build the knowledge, practices, and self-trust to keep moving forward after the insight fades and real life shows back up.
Beta members will recieve a large discount for helping shape the final course through feedback and real-world use.
Private coaching is for people who are ready for deeper support, structure, accountability, and honest self-work. This is not a quick pep talk or a cookie-cutter program. It is a focused 12-week container designed to help you prepare responsibly, integrate what comes up, and turn insight into meaningful change in your daily life.
We work with your goals, patterns, fears, stuck places, habits, relationships, mindset, and the parts of you that keep pulling you back into old ways of being. You get space to process, tools to practice, support between sessions, and a coach who will help you stay on the path when motivation fades or life gets messy.
This is for people who are ready to do the work and build a life they can actually thrive in.
You are unique. Every person I work with is unique. I customize each coaching program to fit the needs of the individual based on their goals, challenges, meeting frequency, and duration of the individualized program.
This is not just a class or a cookie-cutter template of a program. I spend time behind the scenes each week customizing your sessions, adapting exercises, and making sure you get the results you want.
We work together for a minimum of 3 months so we can dive deep and get you the results you want. Some people will need additional time and support but by the end of three months together you will have a foundation of knowledge and skills that will allow you to coach yourself.
Patience. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is a happy, healthy, thriving life.
We carve out enough time each week to get clear and design the best plan for your growth, development, and healing. We cover information to increase your knowledge, shift your mindset, and expand your awareness. Then we do live exercises to teach you the tools and practices you need to help you peel back the layers and integrate the things that come up.
Unlike traditional therapy, you won't be cut off at 45 or 50 min. We have enough time to really work through what's going on without leaving you hanging.
When overcoming challenges or striving for our goals, we often find that we are our own biggest source of sabotage. It can be difficult to take an honest look at yourself and identify what's holding you back from moving forward as you desire. As a microdosing coach, I customize the exercises and practices to fit your specific situation, challenges, and goals, utilizing a range of evidence-based practices from psychedelic science, psychology, psychiatry, evolutionary psychology, epigenetics, and more.
Sometimes things come up, and we need a sounding board, words of encouragement, or a safe container to process insights. As your microdosing coach, I provide accountability, motivation, inspiration, and other support to keep you on your path. You've got my attention and support between sessions.
You will have lifetime access to all current and future materials, videos, PDFs, resources, tools, and guides from your microdosing coach, so you can refer back to them at any time, continue to do the work, and continue to thrive!
Enjoy a 30-minute consultation with a Board Certified Pharmacist, who can also act as your microdosing coach, to provide you with: accurate information regarding your medications, guidance on how to taper or wean off your medications, insights into any possible interactions between your medications and psychedelic substances, and answers to any other questions you may have. ($200 value)
You will receive one extra 1-hour call or video call with me, your microdosing coach, at any time during the program. This session can help you: overcome a specific challenge you're facing, delve deeper into a particular area of the program with added support, strategize about a tough conversation or anything you've been avoiding, or address any other assistance you need. (This is a $200 value.)
Do you have a lot of fear or anxiety about trying your first microdose? Or maybe you want to try a mini to medium dose to help shift things but feel the fear and anxiety making you hesitate? Then this bonus is for you!

Sourcing psychedelics is a common problem for many people so I've curated a list of trusted and vetted suppliers and churches working out of decriminalized areas that you can access and a sourcing guide for how to safely find substances locally or online.
(Priceless)
Psychedelics are transformative. They create profound and mystical experiences and have the ability to help people find relief and healing.
Many people experience a shift and feel happier, inspired, connected to others, and connected to their authentic self. They give you perspective and a way to not only manage your emotions but understand them so you can find gratitude for both the highs of life as well as the lows.
However, psychedelics are not a magic bullet, they do not heal you, and they do not cure you. Psychedelics are a powerful tool to help you create healing and relief from within.
Unfortunately, the benefits can quickly fade away when the daily stressors of our fast-paced lives continue to creep back in. Psychedelic users with the most transformative success often attest to "doing the work" and integration as ways to sustain these benefits for long-term happiness, healing, and growth.
Today we have resources like therapists and coaches to help prepare you for your psychedelic experience whether you are Microdosing or Macrodosing or anywhere in between. Both can help you integrate your insights to create lasting change. Both can help you with preparation, follow-up, and how to process your experiences.
So which one is right for you?

Psychedelic therapists have undergone traditional education, are licensed psychotherapists, and can make mental health diagnoses. They may be licensed in fields like psychology, psychiatry, psychotherapy, positive psychology, or transpersonal psychology and may be trained in modalities like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and others.
Through a combination of psychotherapy and processing psychedelic experiences, they help patients work through past traumas, unhelpful or negative thought patterns, and behavioral changes by focusing on introspection and self-analysis.
The relationship between the client and therapist is different than the relationship with a coach. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most fundamental parts of therapy. It may take longer to build trust and it can take longer to find the right therapist.
Therapists usually focus on the past and then move clients toward a brighter future. Their approach may include diagnosis, treatment planning, and traditional talk therapy. Sometimes this can leave people feeling retraumatized and stuck rehashing old experiences and feelings.
Therapy sessions are more unstructured than coaching sessions and mostly guided by the client which tends to lead to longer-term commitments and a longer time to get results. Many people go to therapy for years but psychedelics have the ability to speed up the process.

Psychedelic coaches do not have the same formal education requirements as licensed therapists. Some coaches go through a certification process and others do not. However, a good or great coach will have a mixture of education, training, and personal experiences to frame and support the transformative work done with clients.
Psychedelic coaches often focus on more specific outcomes and lead clients through a structured process to get results. The structure helps clients focus on actionable strategies and visible growth. A key difference between therapists and coaches is that coaches equip clients with the tools, practices, and skills they need to eventually coach themselves.
They will help clients get clarity on their goals and construct a plan to get clients from point A to point B, from where they are to where they want to be. Coaches teach clients how to overcome challenges, triggers, limiting beliefs, and other obstacles along the way.
Coaches implement a variety of integration methods such as breathwork, guided meditations, journaling, and more. However, a great coach will help you practice, examine, refine your methods, and keep you accountable so you can continue to achieve the results you want.
They may work closely with clients to maximize their psychedelic journeys or microdosing routines by breaking down self-improvement, healing, and growth into smaller steps and help keep clients accountable for their development.
Coaching tends to focus on meeting their clients in the present moment and help them focus on a thriving future. Sometimes this will include processing past trauma but the coach will teach you the tools to move through the past while still focusing on your goals so you can get the result you want; a thriving future!
I have seen several therapists in the past with mixed results. Some were good at calling me on my BS and helping me through a difficult phase of my life and others were less than helpful. However, no therapist ever helped me overcome my depression or my anxiety. That's something I did for myself by examining myself through the lens of psychedelics combined with my psychology background.
I did active work to deconstruct my values and beliefs that were conditioned by my family, by society, by culture, and by the media. I developed my own values, found what was meaningful for me, and connected with my inner, authentic self. I addressed my limiting beliefs and designed a life where I'm thriving and happy.
I think therapy can be great but I made real progress when I learned from others. I learned from my psychology professors, I learned from indigenous healers, I learned from naturopaths, I learned from energy healers, I learned from mentors, I learned from coaches, and so much more. Knowledge is great but you also need to learn how to apply it and use it for your growth, development, and healing.
Otherwise, those books and articles you've read and the documentaries you've watched are just taking up space in your head. What if you had someone to guide you through a book you've read, help you talk through the ideas, help you put the ideas into action, help you get back on track when you get off the path, and help you really implement it into your life for meaningful impact?
Think how much more that support impacts you and benefits you. That's what coaching does!
This is why I prefer coaching to therapy and why I've chosen it for myself personally and for how I help my clients. The structure and results-driven focus will allow you to progress in working toward the growth, healing, and life you want. Inevitably things from the past like trauma, limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, depression, anxiety, and other obsticles will come up and then you work through it proactively while still making the progress towards your desired results.
Ideally, therapy and coaching would be the best knockout approach. However, it can be challenging for many people to afford both. To figure out which one is right for you, you will have to look inside and listen for the answer to come from within.
You've already listened to the voice inside guide you to your curiosity about psychedelics for healing and growth, you've already been called to the plant medicine path. It's time to make a choice and take action!
Choices can be the paralyzing thing keeping you from moving forward and taking the next step to your healing journey. Schedule a FREE consultation to see if my coaching is a good fit for you. We can dive into your situation, discuss if psychedelics are safe for you, and determine if they are a good tool for your healing and growth.
Inevitably, several questions come up when microdosing or undertaking larger psychedelic journeys, including;
If you find it challenging to clearly answer 3 or more of the above questions then its suggested to work with a coach or therapist for guidance.
